Amazing Staff

I have not been to this location, however when I reached out to the staff to determine whether this hotel suits my accessibility needs, I received a great response. They are more than willing to answer my questions and arrange a property inspection to see if they can satisfy my needs.

Disappointing Stuff

I have not stayed here yet but reached out to the hotel to determine how accessible they are before booking. They replied back saying they are accessible and have elevators. That's it. Accessible for who?? I asked specific questions then. They only have one accessible room on the property with a roll in shower. All pools have steps, no lifts at all. Also this is an all inclusive hotel and has no price options for those with feed tube that don't orally eat, but they will puree food upon request.

Always a Good Stay

I've been staying at this hotel repeatedly over the past three years, and they never fail to impress. The staff is exceptional and they will gladly assist you with anything you need. The entrances and lobby are very spacious and usually calm, lights aren't too bright. The back entrance bypasses the lobby and any noise there. The front doors are automatic, back are not. There are working elevators. I'm not sure if there are specified accessible rooms or not, but "normal" rooms are average when it comes to physical space. The doors are not automatic. Room bathrooms are narrow and have a bathtub, no grab rails by the toilet. I'd suggest talking to the management to see if there are more accessible rooms available.

Autonomic Clinic — Pretty Accessible

There's ample room inside the facility for a wheelchair user to maneuver, though there are no automatic doors. They have two-stall restrooms, one is an accessible stall with two grab rails near the toilet, door opens outward.

Wasn’t allowed to walk through the restaurant.

I came here with my family. My niece is in a wheelchair and I have a service dog who helps me walk. We walked in the restaurant and asked to sit outside since it felt good today. When the waitress went to seat us we had to walk outside the restaurant all the way around the restaurant and through the grass to get to the outside seating. When there was a ramp and entrance through the restaurant. My mom said something because my niece had to roll her wheelchair through the grass which was pretty hard, the waitress said she did that because of my dog. So instead of asking me to make sure he was a service dog she assumed he wasn’t (even though he has a large harness) and made two disabled people and four able bodied walk all the way around the restaurant. I find that very inconsiderate and if I had heard her say that I would have educated her right then, sadly I didn’t hear her.
