Wheelchair Accessibility The Mann provides accessible, ADA-compliant seating for all performances. Tickets can be requested by completing the form here. Please indicate your requirements when ordering tickets. Seating is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket orders are filled in the order in which they are received, starting with the seats closest to the stage in a given section. Several options are available including stair-free access and an open space to accommodate a variety of mobility devices including wheelchairs and motorized scooters. Alternatively, an upholstered loose chair can be provided. Aisle seating in seats with folding armrests are available upon request. A limited number of seats are reserved for patrons with low vision or blindness, which are located towards the front and center of the section. For Skyline Stage performances, ADA seating is available on a raised platform with space for both wheelchairs and loose chairs to the right of the Skyline Lawn. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges. Wheelchair Services Courtesy wheelchair assistance is available upon request and is only available to assist ticketed customers from an entrance gate to / from their seats. This service is not able to provide customer assistance across the entire venue. Personal Care Attendant For any patron with a disability who purchases a ticket for a concert and who will attend the concert with the patron’s government-funded personal care attendant, the personal care attendant will receive a complimentary ticket to the concert and a folding chair will be provided for seating next to the patron. Any request for a complimentary ticket for a personal care attendant must be made at the time of purchase of the patron’s ticket and should be made through the Mann Center at (215) 546-7900, Option 2. Tickets can be retrieved with proper ID from the Will Call windows at the Mann's Box Office. Parking Parking for patrons with a valid handicap license plate or other authorized identification is available near the north and south entrances on a first come, first served basis. Patrons should follow signage towards the VIP parking areas for designated handicap parking. Patrons may also be dropped off in front of the North Gate, South Gate, or Box Office. The distance from our south parking lot to the main seating areas is approximately 600 feet. The distance from our north parking lot to the main seating areas is approximately 500 feet. Assisted Listening Devices F.M. Sound Enhancement is available for patrons in need of this service. These devices amplify and clarify sound by cutting down or eliminating ambient noise. Headsets are distributed free-of-charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see a member of the usher staff upon your arrival for a personal receiver. Sensory Friendly Performances Sensory friendly experiences may be designated for select performances and typically include mid-level lighting and a cool-down space for stimulated guests. During these performances, guests are free to move, vocalize, and be themselves. Specific information for these performances can be found on the individual event page.
