I've been staying at this hotel repeatedly over the past three years, and they never fail to impress. The staff is exceptional and they will gladly assist you with anything you need. The entrances and lobby are very spacious and usually calm, lights aren't too bright. The back entrance bypasses the lobby and any noise there. The front doors are automatic, back are not. There are working elevators. I'm not sure if there are specified accessible rooms or not, but "normal" rooms are average when it comes to physical space. The doors are not automatic. Room bathrooms are narrow and have a bathtub, no grab rails by the toilet. I'd suggest talking to the management to see if there are more accessible rooms available.
