Disappointing Stuff
I have not stayed here yet but reached out to the hotel to determine how accessible they are before booking. They replied back saying they are accessible and have elevators. That's it. Accessible for who?? I asked specific questions then. They only have one accessible room on the property with a roll in shower. All pools have steps, no lifts at all. Also this is an all inclusive hotel and has no price options for those with feed tube that don't orally eat, but they will puree food upon request.
